Have Fun With Snow by Linda Liang

With earnest expectation, the fabulous winter finally comes to Minnesota presenting with flawless crystal snow. Though the magical
performance of snow just had its debut, many can’t wait to get out and enjoy themselves with the fantastic snow. Entertainments such as snow ball fights, sledding, skiing, skating and so on are the most popular ideas for winter vacation.
Let me give you some good ideas as to what you could do with this snow. First of all, skiing is one of the most notable sports in winter that everyone has the chance to challenge themselves to. Mount Kato is the biggest ski resort around this area, a flat rural countryside outside Mankato. It has a ski space of 19 runs and is also a great place for slow tubing. Imagine the thrill of riding down a snowy long hill and then effortlessly riding your tube back up. Mount Kato is definitely my first suggestion for holiday resort.
Then slow sledding is a popular choice. One of the best sledding places is at Sibley Park. While enjoying the excitement of speed, you can still enjoy the dazzling Christmas lights in the park. Remember to go and visit there at least once to create a beautiful memory.
Snowmobiling is also a worthy choice, riding across fluffy new-fallen snow in moonlight with a cool snowmobile; it will be the most impressive adventure in the winter. You will also find groomed snowmobile trails in many state parks and other areas of the state.
Skijoring is a popular winter sport also - a combination of cross-country skiing and dog sledding. With a rope connecting the dog and skier, you can sled without hard work. This activity can take place in area of the states as long as you have a dog, skiers and puffy snow.
Ice fishing is also popular this time of year: enjoying quiet moments in the freezing winter simply by chopping a hole in the ice and dropping a line on an icy, thick and safe lake. This patient fishing can create special memory for your winter.
In a state like Minnesota, nature is always generous for granting people enough snow so that people can remember the beauty of winter and relax in this natural snow paradise.
