The Working Class by Keri Fischer

Trying to make everyone happy can be hard. Spending equal time with everyone who longs for your attention can also be very difficult. Adding a job to this mix can make life so much more complicated. We recently surveyed some students here at MVL and we found that most students work about 15 hours per week. How do you make sure that even though you work, you still extra time? You have to find an equal balance. Human nature tries to make us feel like we have to please everyone, but it can be hard when there are only 24 hours in a day. It can seem like there is never enough you can do to please everyone, but in the end
everything works out. With fair planning, you can figure out when you have free time and spend it with someone so they know that they mean something to you. For me, I work A LOT! I put in up to 40 hours a week, go to school, and still hang out with friends. I found a happy medium for all these things. I get my homework out of the way and I hang out with my friends every free chance I get. So my advice to you is to savor every chance you get with your friends. It’s totally worth it.
