Before you get all up in arms let me explain myself. I’m not saying that we stop remembering our Savior's birth, that stays. The Christmas celebration is not what i'm worried about. Do you know how much is spent on Christmas throughout the U.S? 465 billion dollars every single year. Click here to see America's debt. Think about this, if America as a whole spent 400 billion less dollars every single year, that still leaves 65 billion dollars to spend. How good would that would be for the economy if in about 48 years we would completely wipe out our nation's debt? In less than fifty years, we could wipe out our debt just by cutting back on one holiday. What if we made cuts on Thanksgiving, Easter, and the Fourth of July? We could pay off our debt in about 25 years.
