Get to know your Homecoming court! We thought we would ask our court some really challenging questions to help with voting decision tomorrow.

TRENT+ MADDIE

What is your partner's best quality?

Trent: Very outgoing, some say too outgoing….

What would you choose as your last meal?

T: A thick steak, medium rare of course, with corn on the cob

If you could be any superhero, who would it be?

T: Wonder-woman
M: Cat Women

Would you rather fight 1 horse-sized duck, or 100 duck-sized horses?

T: I’d tangle with 1 horse-sized duck, I’d make him quack
M: 1 horse-sized duck

If you were to get rid of one state in the U.S., which would it be and why?

T: Arkansas, cause it’s just Kansas with Ar in front
M: California - too liberal

Why should the student body vote for you?

T: Voting for me is good, but if I were you, I’d vote for Willie.
M: The homecoming queen is true representative of the student body - she should be somebody that can connect with every student and represent what being a Charger is all about. I feel that I try to get to know all the students at MVL and not just my own circle of friends and that I lead by example in many extra curriculars.

TEDDY + LAUREN

What is your partner's best quality?

Lauren: He does a salsa better than my grandma
Teddy: She’s good in the kitchen - almost as good as my mom ;)

L: Black Widow
T: Barncle Boy

Would you rather fight 1 horse-sized duck, or 100 duck-sized horses?

L:  1 Horse- sized duck, I could ride it after I conquer it
T: 1 horse-sized duck- it’d be easier to take out 1 cocky freshman than 100 kindergartners

If you were to get rid of one state in the U.S., which would it be and why?

L: Idaho, I’m convinced it doesn’t exist
T: Idaho,because Idahon’t care about it

L: That answer is simple. Cookies
T: Because i’m a lady slayer

Willie: She is too tall

W: 100 duck-sized horses, i'm afraid of ducks, I was attacked by a goose as a kid

W: West Virginia so the song is irrelevant
M: New Mexico, we already have a mexico

W: I’m from St.James
M: So I can have world domination while wearing heels

M: Rhode Island - What is even on the small thing?
H: Illinois - it’s difficult to spell sometimes

Why should the student body vote for you?

M: because I love spending time with people. I love sports. It’d be an honor
H: It’d be an honor to represent MVL

GATOR + MAIDA

Gator: Always sees the best in life
Maida: He doesn't have one

M: Neither, they can fight each other for me

G: North Dakota
M: Arkansas because it’s not pronounced Arkansas

Why should the student body vote for you?

G: Because I know how to beat up 1 horse-sized duck
M: I’d be one step closer to being Princess Fiona!
