September 8th

Varsity Boys Soccer (Co-op) @ Marshall

After an exciting game that resulted in a tie previously against Marshall, it was anybody's game going into this one. The boys came out with heart but ended up losing 6-0 in a game where they hope to forget and avenge the Tigers later on in the year. 


Varsity Girls Soccer (Co-op) Vs. Marshall

The varsity girls soccer team came off a 2-1 win at Marshall earlier this year in their rematch on Tuesday. Despite the cold and rainy weather, the girls fought off the cold and a Marshall team out for revenge. Within the first five minutes of the match, the Eagles started off with a bang with a goal from Bryn Nesvold (New Ulm), and never looked back. Nesvold connected two more times in the match. New Ulm was also led by Paige Kalis who scored twice in the match, both in the second half. New Ulm cruised to a 5-0 win to move to a record of 3-1 on the year. 


September 10th

Cross Country @ Sleepy Eye

Cross Country continued their season at the sleepy eye golf course. Many on the team hit a personal record including Mitchell Ulrich who cut a minute off his previous best. The meet was highlighted with top times by Naomi Anderson, Mitchell Ulrich, and Rylee Woller.  


September 11th

Varsity Boys Soccer (Co-op) Vs. Fairmont

The boys soccer looked to get back on track against Fairmont on Friday. The game had more excitement as it was in the pouring rain. The boys got off to a 2-0 lead to start with two goals by Christian Edwards. Later, Fairmont would close the gap 2-2. The boys clapped back again with goals by Nils Quist and Christian Edwards (3), once again making 4-2. Fairmont would come back in a dramatic fashion, resulting in the game being a tie. The boys have a rematch against Fairmont on Tuesday the 15th in Fairmont.


Varsity Girls Soccer (Co-op) @ Fairmont

The girls came off an exciting win, looking to work off that momentum. In a game with bad weather conditions Fairmont took this one 9-1. Paige Kalis (New Ulm) scored a goal toward the end of the match. The girls have a rematch with Fairmont on Tuesday the 15th at home in New Ulm.
