UPDATE
DUE TO RECENT EVENTS, ALL FALL FEST ACTIVITIES (INCLUDING DRESS-UP DAYS) WILL BE POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. THE STUDENT COUNCIL IS DOING THEIR BEST TO KEEP THE STUDENT BODY SAFE AND WILL NOTIFY YOU OF ANY CHANGES. WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND COOPERATION.
With all of the unpredictable changes going on in the world, school is often a constant. The Student Council does their best to plan activities and events to make the school experience as enjoyable as possible. In a “normal” school year, there would be a week of Homecoming festivities and an MVL Charger Football game on Friday to end the week. With new safety guidelines in place, that isn’t possible this year. However, the Student Council has put together a brand new event—Fall Fest. Below are the activities and dress up days for our week of celebration. While we must ensure proper safety protocol and social distancing guidelines, the week is sure to showcase our MVL Charger spirit!
-Students will be emailed trivia questions to answer throughout the week!

Kahoot Trivia Tournament @6:00 in MVL gym- sign up for a time slot on the bulletin board in the commons, BRING A DEVICE!
Tuesday, Sept. 22

Wednesday, Sept. 23
Dress Up Theme: Hawaiian - NO swimwear
Ultimate Frisbee Tournament @6:00 on MVL fields - classes compete against each other - boys and girls can play!
Class Colors: Freshman - Red, Sophomores - Blue, Juniors - White, Seniors - Black

BRING YOUR OWN SEATING (lawn chairs, blankets, etc.)
*Classes that win dress up days and activities will receive tallies. The class with the most tallies wins the coveted MVL SPIRIT STICK!
*Be sure to remember that all dress up days must comply with the MVL Dress Code.
