Hello there, student body! As we approach the double-edged sword that we call Valentine’s Day, it’s time for you to buckle down and buy some Crush Cans.

“But wait!” you ask, “What is a Crush Can?” Well, let me tell you about our tradition here at MVL. During the lunch periods leading up to February, students have the opportunity to purchase cans of Orange Crush soda for their friends, crush, or even spited enemies. These are then handed out by the Student Council at the end of next week . When you buy a can, you must write the name of the person it will be given to, and you'll have the option to sign it and leave a note. You can also leave it anonymous if you so choose. For 75 cents, you get one can. For two bucks, you get a full 2-liter bottle. Sales end this Thursday, so buy your cans soon!
