Knowledge Bowl by JiWon Lim

How many students are looking forward to attending Knowledge Bowl? Time’s up! MVL Knowledge Bowl teams had their first practice on Thursday, December 5th after school. This season, 30 people signed up for Knowledge Bowl. However, some students may not show up until later, so they are not sure how many teams there will be yet. Knowledge Bowl is an academic competition based on things that high school students should know. A meet divides into two kinds of meets. There is a written round with sixty multiple choice questions and an oral round with forty-five questions read to a group of three teams. Everyone in this club is excited for this new up coming season! Mr. Dobberpuhl, one of the Knowledge Bowl coaches, is looking forward to seeing new team members and also new challenge questions at the meet.
