After seeing lots of success in the first half of the season, our Chargers have continued to impress as the second half of the season is well under way. After the end of the first semester, our MVL boys were part of the annual Bethany Lutheran College Holiday Tournament. The Chargers won the tournament, beating St. Croix in the championship game. Along with winning the tournament, the Chargers had all 5 starters named to the All-Tournament team. That is only the second time in tournament history a team has had all five starters make the team.
The Chargers won four straight since Christmas break, before losing their first game of the season to Springfield. They are currently in a three way tie for first place in the Conference with Cathedral and Springfield. They have won 7 out of their last 8 games and are hoping to keep pace and win the Tomahawk Conference! Below are all the most recent scores:
